Phones tested like you actually use them
LG Mobile Lover started as a fan blog and grew into something more useful: an independent consumer's guide to the smartphone world. The name is a nod to where we came from — a genuine love of mobile hardware — but the site serves every brand and every budget, because loving phones means telling the truth about all of them.
Since 2017 we have published 14,200+ reviews, comparisons, and buyer guides. Our testing lab benchmarks what marketing glosses over: battery life measured across real usage patterns, display brightness in nits, Geekbench and sustained-performance scores, and camera comparisons shot side-by-side in identical conditions — not cherry-picked samples.
What we publish
- Hands-on reviews after days of real use, with the downsides kept in — a review that only praises is an ad.
- Side-by-side comparisons for the decisions that matter: this year's flagship vs last, Android vs iPhone, big battery vs light weight.
- A deal-tracking engine that monitors price drops across 40+ retailers every hour, so you buy at the right moment.
Our readers span the U.S., U.K., India, and Southeast Asia — markets where carrier deals, regional pricing, and software support differ wildly. We cover those differences instead of pretending one global verdict fits all. Budget phones get the same scrutiny as flagships, because most people buy them.
How we stay independent
Retailer links keep the lights on, but rankings are set before commerce is considered, and a phone we scored badly never gets a soft retouch because its price dropped. Editorial verdicts live in public, with review dates and test conditions attached.
LG Mobile Lover is smartphone journalism for buyers: tested reviews, honest comparisons, hourly deal tracking, and the confidence to skip the launch-week hype and pick the right phone for your actual life.
